Weekly
5-column weekly planner
Five name columns, Monday to Sunday, and a row for shared plans and reminders. Print a fresh copy each week.
Free PDF · US Letter + A4
One sheet on the fridge that shows who is where, every day of 2027. Each person gets their own column, so a dentist visit, a late shift and a soccer practice never end up squeezed into the same tiny square.
What's inside
Fourteen pages: a cover with tips, a weekly planner you can print again and again, and one page per month.
Weekly
Five name columns, Monday to Sunday, and a row for shared plans and reminders. Print a fresh copy each week.
Monthly
January to December with one row per day and four columns for family members. Federal holidays are highlighted.
Simple
No app and no account. Print it, fill it in with a pen and put it where everyone can see it.
A regular wall calendar gives each day one small box. That works for one person, but it falls apart once three or four people share it. The family calendar turns the layout around: days run down the page and people run across it. When you read one row, you see the whole household on that day. When you read one column, you see one person's month.
A simple routine is enough for most homes:
Children who can read can take charge of their own column. That gives them a small, concrete responsibility, and parents get fewer "nobody told me" moments.
The PDF has 14 pages, and the two planning layouts are deliberately different:
If there are more than five of you, give the youngest children one shared column, or print two weekly sheets and put them side by side.
The month pages mark all eleven US federal holidays. For families, the useful part is spotting long weekends early, before work rotas and sports schedules fill up. In 2027, these federal days off give a three-day weekend:
Veterans Day (Thursday, November 11) and Thanksgiving (Thursday, November 25) fall midweek, so the Friday after Thanksgiving is the day many families ask about first. Schools, states and employers make their own decisions, so write your own district's closures into the month pages as soon as they are published. For the full list of dates, see the 2027 calendar.

FAQ
Five on the weekly planner and four on each month page. For a bigger household, combine young children in one column or print an extra weekly sheet.
A month page needs a row for up to 31 dates, so it has less room across the page. The weekly page has only seven rows, so it can fit a fifth column and a reminders row.
Yes. The weekly planner has no dates printed on it, so you can fill in any week. For the month itself, there's a separate December 2026 page on the site.
No. Only federal holidays are printed, because school calendars vary by district. Copy your school's dates in by hand when you get them.
It starts on Monday, so Saturday and Sunday sit together at the bottom of the sheet. The month pages simply list the dates from the 1st to the last day.
